Garrett Bradford
Garrett has spent over 25 years on plant floors, from carpenter foreman to running plants. He built the systems that let them run without him standing over them. In 2025 he started Servant Leadership Strategies, Inc. in Canyon Lake, Texas.

Preaching it before he'd studied it
For years Garrett preached servant leadership to his teams: as the lean guy at Clark Pacific, and again when he ran Clark Metal Works. He had never studied it. He didn't think he needed to. The name says it all: you're supposed to serve the people you lead.

On the mat
Garrett is a brown belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu. He started it the same day he started intermittent fasting, with a simple measure: train four times a week, every week. That's the same way he tests any strategy in a business: pick the measure that proves it's being done, then watch whether the result follows.
